Size and shape

After establising a standard mix I started experimenting with different sizes, shapes, joints and colorants. These expreriments are the “introduction” to the design phase. Papercrete panels can be produced in a variety of sizes. The limiting factor is the thickness rather that the size of the panel. I managed to produce panels up to 2x1m without any problem (except the long drying period), but when I tried to experiment on thickness, all the slabs thinner than 3mm broke. Mock ups with delicate small details  broke.
